3. Purchases and Subscriptions
When purchasing any GlishArabic Product, including subscriptions through our
website or via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you may be required to
provide payment information including card details and billing information.

By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use the chosen
payment method and that all information provided is accurate.
Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly and will automatically renew unless
cancelled through the relevant app store or account settings before the renewal
date. You authorise GlishArabic Ltd to charge the applicable subscription fees via
Apple or Google Play.
If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate
access. You remain responsible for any fees, charges, or disputes with your
payment provider.
All prices are set by GlishArabic Ltd and may be changed with notice prior to
renewal. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required

4. Apple App Store Terms
In the event of any failure of the GlishArabic mobile application to conform to
applicable usage terms, Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable.
Apple has no other warranty obligations and is not responsible for claims relating
to the application.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may
enforce them against you.
Google Play Store Terms
In the event of any failure of the GlishArabic mobile application to conform to
applicable usage terms, any refunds or billing matters shall be handled in
accordance with Google Play’s refund and payment policies.
GlishArabic Ltd is not responsible for payment processing, billing disputes,
chargebacks, or refunds administered by Google Play.
Google LLC and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may
enforce them against you where applicable.

5. Licence Grant
Subject to an active subscription, GlishArabic Ltd grants you a limited, temporary,
non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use GlishArabic
Products for personal, non-commercial educational use.

This licence does not grant ownership of any content, intellectual property, or
platform features. All rights remain with GlishArabic Ltd.

6. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Only adults aged 18 years or over may create accounts. Child users may only
use GlishArabic Products under the supervision and consent of a parent,
guardian, or authorised adult.

GlishArabic Ltd is not responsible for:

– Student marks, outcomes, or progress
– Student health, safety, safeguarding, or welfare
-Actions or conduct of schools, teachers, principals, or staff
– Financial matters including fees, salaries, or disputes
-Misuse of grants, awards, or competition funds

Accreditation does not imply regulation, inspection, endorsement, supervision, or
control of daily operations.
GlishBadge relates solely to the recognition of stated organisational standards,
structure, ethical commitments, and declared educational intent of Arabic
schools, teacher groups, or educational entities operating outside the Arab world.
GlishBadge is not a regulatory licence, government approval, inspection service,
or certification of outcomes.
No Responsibility for Schools, Teachers or Institutions
While GlishArabic Ltd undertakes reasonable checks as part of the GlishBadge
accreditation process, GlishArabic Ltd is not responsible for, and expressly
disclaims all liability for, the acts, omissions, conduct, behaviour, or decisions of
any accredited school, institution, principal, teacher, administrator, volunteer, or
staff member.
Accreditation does not imply supervision, ongoing monitoring, endorsement of
individuals, or control over daily operations.
Academic Results and Educational Outcomes
GlishArabic Ltd does not guarantee, verify, or take responsibility for:
• student grades, marks, progression, or examination results
• teaching quality at an individual level
• curriculum delivery or assessment methods

All academic outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the accredited entity.
Health, Safety and Student Welfare
GlishArabic Ltd is not responsible for student physical or mental health,
safeguarding practices, supervision, discipline, child protection, injuries,
accidents, or incidents.
Responsibility for health, safety, and welfare rests entirely with the accredited
institution in accordance with applicable local laws.

Financial Responsibility Disclaimer

reliance on the Services or GlishBadge accreditation.

Misuse and Revocation
GlishArabic Ltd reserves the right to suspend or revoke accreditation or access
to Services where misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms occurs.
